Briela Ojeda, a singer-songwriter and guitarist born in London and raised in Pasto, Colombia, blends singer-songwriter music with Andean roots, rock, and Latin American sounds in a poetic and deeply personal style. Her lyrics, guided by intuition, strength, and a feminist perspective, explore the connection to the land and the experience of being a woman. With Andariega (2025), she presents a new live set that draws from her influences and the soundscapes of both America and Europe.
Gabriela Ojeda – vocals, acoustic guitar, electric guitar

It doesn’t count. It doesn’t count to walk around faking melodies. BRIELA dares not to fake it, not to walk if it’s on concrete—she only walks on fertile ground. It counts. It counts to change the tone, to recite the abracadabra, to direct the sun toward you, to steal the song from the dawn; it counts to stain the calm. BRIELA is a diamond born from the mud or a sculpture made of cosmic clay. She lets both what counts and what doesn’t enter her songs, all mixed and arranged like a musical spell, under the alchemical will to turn roots into sound, words into telepathy, and the teacher into the learner.
