Sandra Cipolat & Taller de Músics Group is a co-production between the Centre National de la Musique and the Taller de Músics, where the singer and pianist will develop her second artistic work: ANIMAL, part of her triptych, in which she fuses soul, jazz, and experimental music to create a new sound.

Her voice swings between the strength of Amy Winehouse and the extravagance of Marina Herlop; but her musical proposal moves away from these references. In fact, she draws influences from Jacob Collier, D’Angelo, and Herbie Hancock. Born in Perpignan and trained in jazz at the Montpellier conservatory, this singer and pianist plays with jazz with complete freedom, as if in her own backyard, blending it with soul, house, and film soundtracks. With expressive lyrics that range from intensity to introspection, SANDRA CIPOLAT experiments with music like when you decide to whip up a dish with whatever you have in the fridge on a Thursday night: with optimism, no rush, and a glass of wine in hand.
